Such a good experience, I figured I would pass along. I have had 5 seperate AC people/ companies out to service my AC unit. I got two straight up sales calls and three other you need this or you need that. Thomas from Barnes Heating and Air Conditioning just came to the house and looked over the entire system. He said he didn't find anything wrong with my AC,couldn't find the leaks that others told me had to be there, and said i only needed 1/2 pound of freon as opposed to 3+ pounds. This Whole AC experience has been awful. It was just comforting to know that a technician was honest about his work and when no work is needed, YOU ARE ACTUALLY TOLD THAT! I would highly recommend Thomas and Barnes Heating and Air Conditioning.

Mr. Watson,
I just wanted to send you an email to thank you for the GREAT job your guys did installing a new heat pump system at my house. The old units were 20 years old and the new equipment now runs so smooth and quiet.
The crew was courteous and professional and cleaned up when finished.  I even requested the outside unit be relocated to another location around the house and they did it flawlessly. Kudos to Thomas for explaining everything they were going to do.

I wanted to write and tell you how pleased I am with my new A/C and
heating system. It is wonderful.
I was very impressed with the quality and professionalism of your men.
They did a superior job in taking out the old system and installing the new
one. I appreciated their attention to detail – from bolting down the condenser
to installing a new breaker to handle the voltage of the new compressor.
And what I love most about my new system is how quiet it is! I hardly know
it is on.

As one of Sanford's oldest social organizations our history is rich and our legacy has always been community service. Rental income from our historic building, as a venue for weddings and party's plays a key role in our overall annual fund raising without which we would not be able to continue funding local charities and providing scholarships for women. Our old outdated system was hindering our ability to rent the club house.
